How i can find someone address through telephone number in UK?

Unless you know someone from the police, or the 'phone company, you can't....

Ring them and ask them if they refuse it means that you must not pursue the matter further.

the telephone company cannot give an address out if you have the telephone number however they can give the number out if they have the name and town or city where this person resides if you have the number and the name but not the address the first part of the number will tell you what area that this person comes from[ie 01273 = brighton and hove area 020 = London etc etc], from there you can access the telephone book for that area [which should be in your local library]and you might get lucky and their address will come up if it is not in the phonebook you can try [once again you must know the area and the name] by checking the electoral role at the local council. these are the only legal ways i know of that the general public can search to find someone's address out.
