    Ask Gloria O'neil for a photo, then run it through google image search. The address is incorrect, but scammers are lazy and don't like to change a winning formula, so they don't update their scripts. The person you're corresponding with, is a scammer, probably male, probably from Nigeria. You've described a 419 scam named after the the Nigerian legal statute that deals with this particular crime. .

Check their website yourself http://www.standardchartered.com/uk/contact-us/en/ 2 - Standard Chartered is in the UK so they would not have deposited dollars in the account. It would be in Pounds 3 - There are NO refugee camps in Dakar Senegal. NONE. ZERO 4 - There are NO refugee camps in Senegal that have computers or internet access. Refugee camps don't even have running water or electricity. Here is a picture of the only remaining refugee camp in Senegal. it's on the border with Mauritania for Mauritanian refugees, nowhere near Dakar http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/bb/VillagePeul.jpg/225px-VillagePeul.jpg 5 - This Senegal Refugee camp is more than 10 years old.
