In Australia, how do I sign up for medical research?

Market Research - Can someone recommend somewhere I can join to do this in London please?

Hi. I'm struggling with money at the moment and would like to sign up for some Market Research. I have done it in Australia, where I ate chips and rated them on their crunchiness etc etc. Anyway, I signed up for one but haven't got any Market Research gigs yet. Can anyone recommend me some as I could really do with the boost. Thanks
