Does anyone know where i can get a job or a work placement for a consumer magazine in the art department?

ive tried loads of places to get work experience for magazines but not had much luck does anyone know any magazines that offer places or any jobs going in the art department, designing page layouts, etc, any help would be helpful and if you need someone at your magazine then please get in touch with me.
