What will happen if you insert a metered mail in the stamped mail slot of a Royal Mail post box?
-
I accidentally inserted a metered mail in the stamped mail slot of a Royal Mail post box. I'm a bit worried if this would not be received by the addressee or this would cause any delay. I would appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks.

Answer:
It will be scanned by the automatic scanned machine for the postage. Later it will be taken out and will be sent to the addressee. Don't worry.
