Where or how can I get a job in graphic design?

Where can I get a part time graphic design job?

  • I live in East Hertfordshire so can work locally or in London and Essex. I also freelance so if anyone needs any designs done let me know.

    I'm a London Creative Director. There are many design related placement agencies, mainly in London. You can find listing and ads for some of these in the back of Creative Review or Design Week, both of which I'm sure you're away of. If you're not, you should pick up these magazines regularly to see what's happening in the field. He didn't realize that you have one, but I have looked at it and its good. I would suggest however, that you try to increase the size of the samples that you show. They are very small, and do not show the subtlties, that often are the best indication of how good a designer is... Best of luck to you. J

Do you realise that you stand a much greater chance of getting any kind of graphic design job with a portfolio? An online portfolio that displays your skills to prospective employers will be far more effective than just saying, "yeah i'm a graphic designer". If you already have an online presence then why not show it here. good luck
