How can I get a good job in HR?

How can I get entry level job within HR & IT sector in London. But I am NOT interested in external recruitment?

I have an experience of supporting end-to-end IT recruitment and administration process for major IT Systems Integrators across UK, Europe, Middle East and India. Professional Qualification: • Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (HR & IT) (2yrs Full Time) • Bachelor in Science (Honours) in Biotechnology (3yrs Full Time) Skills: • Good conceptual knowledge of HRIS & MIS, MI Reporting, DBMS. • Advanced MS Excel (Formatting Table & Charts, Pivot Table). • IT Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Good working knowledge of HR Recruitment Software (GRIP and CBiz). • Languages: English (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent).

    All large firms use external recruitment. That is the way it works here. My son has more qualifications than yourself and landed a good job as an IT Manager through an Agency. No businesses will spend their valuable time weeding out candidates. UK
