Is there a frontiers bank and trust?

Does a bank in UK called Frontiers Bank and Trust Finance Company exit??

address is 4 Priory Gardens, Berkhamsted, Herts HP4 2DS, England Tel: 0044 704 570 0612 I am supposed to be willed money from them and was wondering before I leave the country if it is a scam or not. If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Supposedly Berin Douglas is the officer in charge. Is anything known about him?

There is no such bank by that name in the UK, at that address or anywhere else in the country. (I don't even think that address exists!) This is definitely a scam, and you should not communicate any more with anybody involved in this "inheritance". You will only end up losing your money.
