What is a good place to work for a first summer job in winnipeg ?

  Since you're only 14 you can try to apply at McDonalds or a private practice/business. It is impossible for an employer to hire you since you're too young. That would be child labour. The legal age is 16. You can do minor jobs like mowing the lawn, dog walking. Post ads on Kijiji. There would be tons of people willing to hire you for pet sitters and such. When I was 14 I was also desperate for a job. Now that I have a job I wish I could quit. :P haha. I too live in Winnipeg and know how employers are. Most are discriminant and hire 17+.
