Canada post & ebay, help me.?

• Hello, first of all Im mexican but the cause im posting on canadian Yahoo answers its because I bought two videogames by ebay to a user with very good reputation and I would appreciate if someone helps me with my situation. I bought them on December 2 2010, he sent me the games on december 4, and all went smooth except for one little thing, the tracking number he sent me ( 7210029683802521 ) shows that canada post never sent the item, or at least is what I understand when I see the tracking info: Track Status Product Type: International Letter Post Date Time Location Description Retail Location Signatory Name 2010/12/07 15:57 Order information received by Canada Post Track History Date Time Location Description Retail Location Signatory Name 2010/12/07 15:57 Order information received by Canada Post For me, that shows that item never left canada post offices. I tried several times to contact the seller but instead investigate, he offers to refund me, Im surprised he choose to refund instead to investigte whats going on. What i want to know, Is really hard to investigate an item sent by Canada post for those who live in Canada? Or is just this guy that does not want to help? All answers are welcome.   Take the refund. I live in Canada and sent to Britain a REGISTERED letter on 20th December, with tracking number. As of today, Canada Post shows this item as leaving Canada but never arriving in Britain. I have telephoned the British recipient who confirmed delivery on 7th January. My conclusion is the tracking system is seriously flawed and the officials at Canada Post seem unwilling to come up with any solutions. I think your seller also knows the futility of trying to get any useful information out of Canada Post and therefore that's why I say take the refund. I also looked up your tracking # and yes it is still as you say. I have no idea what it means.
