How much is it to ship from California to Ontario, Canada?

Where can I find these boots that ship to Canada, or can be found in Ontario?

Does anyone know if there's any stores in the Toronto area that have the same, or similar boots for around the same price ($130) they need to be bright red. Or if there's a website that will ship to Canada? Thankyou so so much :) !

    If you use a parcel forwarding company you can order from any US based website (including Cavendars) and have it sent to Canada. There are quite a few to choose from. I would just research them and figure out which one fits in your budget best and has the most features that are important to you. http://www.BongoUS.com - Great technology, great customer service, great prices.
