How to bid on cleaning contracts?

I would like to bid on cleaning contracts for new residential houses. Where would I find this?

I have a contract to clean new homes being built before the house inspection. This was given to me by a friend. I want to know how I can bid on similar jobs. I have been surfing the web with no luck. Can anybody out there help me? Thanks
