What emergency services hospitals are near Gerrard St. West & Ontario St?

Police from 51 division shot someone last night, and the news made it sound like it could be someone that I know :-s It also said the person was brought to a hospital "downtown". I live just outside of Toronto... can someone give me a list of hospitals in the Gerrard St. W. & Ontario St. area which provide emergency services?
Answer:

St. Michael's Hospital is the closest to that area and is also one of the trauma centers in Toronto, so a gunshot victim would almost certainly have been taken there.

Gerrard St W and Ontario St do not meet. Gerrard St E does cross Ontario St, but the only hospitals that provide emergency service are farther west: Toronto General Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital (both at Gerrard St W at University Ave) and Toronto Western Hospital (Bathurst St at Dundas St W).
