You should buy your tickets at a ticket retailer not a web site. The site you are referring to is a European site that buys tickets for games all over the world for a fee and if you have a winning number they take a cut along with service fees and processing fees and transfer fees, (you get the idea), this is how they make their money. While it is perfectly legal it is a waste of your money when you can get tickets at any corner store. They also don't actually send you your tickets they hold them on your behalf and submit them for you if they are winners, you never actually see your ticket.
