Where can i buy natural soap base in kitchener-waterloo, on?

    Try a visit to a Michael's craft store. There is one in Waterloo and another in Cambridge. Michael's sell soaps, but more importantly they sell soap-making kits and some. The availability will vary at each store, but even if it is not available in-store, they should be able to order it for you. Ask the sales person for additional information on supplies. You may find they have more information than you might expect. Also, try any farm supply store nearby for the basic materials you need. They sell these for animal use, and the packaging may be different, but many of the products are identical to what you will find elsewhere in higher-priced specialty stores.
