Is Canada a good country to find a job?

In which part of Canada can I find a job?

• I know it sounds weird my question but I'm a young male who is having troubles paying his bills. I am a journalist from some south American country, I speak french, English and Spanish, I live in Toronto and I just can't find a job, my English it's not a 100% yet, that's why I believe I haven't found a job as a Bilingual customer service representative because I already have one year of experience from Quebec city. Jobs from agencies sucks, they keep playing with me plus I'm sick of that kind of general labor jobs. My question is, is there a city or small town or whatever who is seeking people for any kind of jobs? I don't care what kind of job or where as long as it's a good salary, I'm willing to live anywhere in Canada. Have you heard something about a job fair? I'm not a picky person I've done the worst jobs in this country but I'm done with agencies and not a lot of companies are hiring right now in the GTA, Thank you,

  Have you tried applying for a Translator position at an airport? Someone who can help Canadian authorities understand Spanish or French? (I know the majority of the country speaks French but still). It would be better if you were to apply at a large airport where your chances at gaining a job using your education in language is higher than an out of town small airport. :)
