  Well you need to get a work visa first and then take a look at finding employment afterwards. I'm part of those who starts to grind their teeth when I see peoples trying to go around & bend the rules when it comes to working in Canada... Immigration and work relative to immigration policies are in effect for many reasons but one main one is to make sure that if a Canadian is qualified to do the job, he or she is the first one who can apply & get it, not someone who doesn't have the right to work in Canada but is willing to be paid less just to "get in" to get the job... Stay where you are if you don't want to use the proper channels to get into Canada, period.
