i would have to say walmart but i dont shop there for clothing or shoes! walmart has the best deals they always tend to be a few cents cheaper than other stores!

walmart is usually cheaper. Someitmes though its not the price but the quality of the item you are buying!

Honestly I usually just go to Wal-Mart because their SELECTION of items is usually WAY WAY WAY better. The prices are really good too. But I usually find that Target, and Kmart, ShopKo have what I want, but in a crappy brand name. This usually results in poorer quality.
