Do you prefer American beer, or European? Or any other?

Why do Brits serve their beer piss warm?

  • I must admit most Brit beer, stout & ales are better than American but I still prefer a cool beverage... and whats up with half and half crap?

  • Answer:

The half and half is to get complex flavoring. Personally I think it depends on the brew...temperature wise...red wine is best served at room temp. Stouts are best served at room temp as well....but Ale's, Ambers etc...they need to be ice cold. If you disagree, perhaps I can mail you a fridge so you can try it?

The same reason I ask a bartender to warm up some beer glasses for me it taste better. In the US we think everything taste better cold. We are wrong. Cold red wine not so good. Cold Ale or Stout just as bad. By the way the half and half crap is blending or layering flavors just like in cooking

You should come here (Belgium) to have a nice "cold" beer.
