You should try the Bedroom bar in old street shore-ditch. It's got such a good vibe and the people are so chilled and friendly.

100 club, stays open to 2am. no membership needed to go. Its at 100, Oxford St. Ronnie Scotts is a premier jazz venue. 57 Frith St. Jazz after dark...Not much happens there before 9pm and it's open till 2pm in the week, 3pm Thurs/Fri/ Sat. 9 Greek Street.
