  • Hi, I am treating my boyf to dinner at maze restaurant (gordon ramsay) in London - I was wondering if anyone had been - if so what price I can expect for 2 people and what is the best menu option? Thanks!

    It was pricey but soooo worth it. It was a pleasure from start to finish. You come in via the hotel and get shown to your table. The food is tapas style and comes quite quickly - finish one small dish and another is brought straight away. My husband had the BLT - a cocktail glass with BLT flavoured layers in - amazing. Everything was perfect. I think it was around £140 for the two of us including wine (just for me) and dessert. I think we had coffee, tea and a cocktail too so not that bad. I loved it.

In the evening, you can choose from the a la carte or the Tasting Menu. On the a la carte, starters and main courses are priced individually from £15.00 to £29.50. Desserts are priced individually from £6.00 to £9.50. Tasting Menu prices are here: http://www.gordonramsay.com/maze/menus/tastingmenu/ The final bill will include a service charge and the price of your drinks, so it depends on your choice of wine or whatever. You could probably eat and drink well for £150 for two of you, but it will depend on what you order. My advice is to just enjoy it and forget about money for one night. You may never eat there again, so indulge while you can!
