Where's the best place in central London for a family day out?
-
Hi I'm trying to organise a day out for me, my mates and our kids. We live all over London and kids aged 0 to 6 years. Where's the best place to go? Looking for somewhere central, and somewhere like a play centre. Thanks

Answer:
It's going to be pretty expensive, I really recommend the 2-4-1 ticket deals you can get by travelling by train (check out website below for info). I LOVE the London Aquarium on South Bank and it's very central, but that's an expensive outing. You can do a lot worse than go to St James Park, walk around the lake looking for the Pelicans, see the soldiers at Buck Palace and maybe get an icecream. Free and fun for everyone. I hear the Imperial War Museum's also good for kids and that's free.
