Can you recommend a restaurant in the Canary Wharf area? (London, UK)?

  • I’m taking someone to the O2 Arena next month and I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a nice restaurant in the area i.e. in North Greenwich / Canary Wharf? Much appreciated.

    Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena both have many food outlets. I recommend Cafe Rouge at Canary Wharf. The restaurant is quite spacious, and serves a wide selection of snacks, starters and full on slap up meals. Close by there is a Smolenski's and Carluchio's. In Jubilee Place at Canary Wharf there is a Gourmet Burger and a Wagamama too. If you are going to a major event at the O2, I would suggest eating at Canary Wharf before travelling the one stop on the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich to avoid the crowded eateries at the O2.
