What is a good Clapham bar or nightclub in Clapham near Claphham High St, Clapham Junction or Northcote Road?

• Looking for a good Clapham bar or nightclub in Clapham near Clapham High St, Clapham Junction or Northcote Road. Ideally with a late licence and some entertainment like 70s, 80s retro Djs or maybe burlesque, comedy, or live music etc. A good Clapham cocktail bar would be especially helpful or a bar restaurant? This is for a big birthday party for 30-40 people. Oh a reserved area or free guestlist would be good too!   I live in Battersea and know the Battersea and Clapham scene well - here are my thoughts on the best Clapham bars and clubs by activity Cocktails Bars Battersea. Peacock Bar (also do classes and 2 fo1 drinks weekdays / till 8pm Fri/Sats), The Loft (good grub too if a bit pricey) and Lost Society (bit out of the way from Clapham High St) 80s Bars & Clubs Battersea. Peacock Bar, The Grand (a club and a bit pricey) but avoid Wessex House, Infernos (too many fights) and Revolution as both can be a bit down market customer wise Burlesque, Comedy, Live Music Bars. Peacock Bar (burlesque), The Bedford (actually in Balham) and The Grand (live music). Battersea and Clapham could do with a bit more live music venues Best Clapham Cocktail Bar for a birthday party for 30-40 people I would def go for Peacock Bar as long as up for a wild time as it it is not for the faint hearted and very very busy. Tip: Book in advance and tip also good for hen and stag nights.
