Best bar in central/north london for birthday drinks?

I am looking for a good bar in soho, for some people to celebrate post birthday drinks. I usually go to thirst, market place, barrio central etc, but they are rammo on the weekend. Where do you recommend, that is not too busy, but still able to get up and dance? Ideas would be very much appreciated!

What about Bar Rumba on Shaftesbury Avenue? It has been recently overhauled with some decent music. It doesn't get too packed as it's a smaller bar and tends not to attract the masses. There are always people on the dancefloor and it is a friendly place. Sometimes they hand out free cocktails!!

I like jerusalam bar (sp?) It's up rathbone place on the right - has a good vibe and a dance space! Opposite soho and 5 mins walk from tot. court rd station. I also like Zebra bar in soho
