What does the moa from NZ eat?

Is it cheap to eat out in NZ? Or about the same as the UK?

  • and can anyone recommend anywhere especially good to eat in Auckland!

  • Answer:

With your U.K pounds you will find it all heaps cheaper! Lucky you, you will be able to afford to go out to our wonderful high class restaurants every week! Not from Auckland sorry but if you happen to come down to Wellington I would recommend: Hazel Steller The Boat Shed Phoem Phen Logan Brown

I found it cheaper but not as good as the uk. The sea food was the exception and was out of this world and very cheap out of tourist areas

It is cheeper, because the cost of living in New Zealand is lower than the UK

I went to NZ in 2005 and the food was really cheap.so were the supermarkets. I found that i couldn't spend all the money I took.

much MUCH more reasonale -esp in the mid range with the UK does very poorly - UK looks after the very rich very well, the rest are stuck in the curry house - NZ and OZ have excellent resturants - made even better by the excellent fresh produce

would be cheaper in n.z. but dont eat the lamb, unless you know its history, virgin lamb in n.z is hard to find haha

Um, I'm sorry to say, but that's a resounding NOOOOOOO! Eating out in NZ is so expensive! I have no idea what it's like in the UK, but NZ is very expensive.
