Downtown, the restaurants are electic which means a Persian place might be next to a French place and that's next to a classic breakfast place. Sydney food is amazing so please do a look-up on Yahoo search. There are many you should sort through. Yahoo lists the restaurant's own website and you can browse the menu.

If you want to go somewhere that is truly sensational, I thoroughly recommend the Maroubra Pavilion which has an unenviable position right on the beach. It serves an absolutely fabulous breakfast and the position is to die for. Lunch is also great and the cocktails are terrific. Here is the link: http://www.pavilionbeachfront.com.au/
