Answer:
NO, they are junk-- you are better off starting with some entry level name brand better quality subs If you send too much power to your sub, you risk damaging it. The cone of the speaker and the mechanical parts that make it move may break under the stress. Surprisingly, too little power can also damage your subwoofer — in fact, it's actually more common than damage caused by overpowering. When the volume is turned up and the amp doesn't have enough power, the signal becomes distorted, or "clipped." This distorted signal can cause parts of the speaker to overheat, warp and melt. Not good! You don't have to match speaker and amp wattages exactly. An amp with a higher output than the speaker's rating won't necessarily damage the speaker — just turn the amp down a bit if you hear distortion from the sub and don't run the speaker at extremely loud volumes for lengthy periods. Likewise, you'll be OK with a lower powered amp if you keep the volume down and don't feed a distorted signal to the sub.

All I have to say is GARBAGE!!! If you are the "balla" get something that's not from Walmart.. I mean if you are that low on funds get Kicker or something.. That is as low end as I would go. If you want high end go with Focal..

From what I hear, no. However I haven't listened to them but all I hear though is that they are crap. If you are on a budget then it's a different story (there are better subs for good prices though). I would recommend getting Pioneer for start off subs though.

I wouldn't start off with them. You probably won;t be happy with the performance. For the same price, you could get Kicker Comps or CVRs. Which are much better subs. Better yet, you probably wouldn't want to replace them right off the bat. You can get a pair of CVRs on ebay for 150 shipped. http://cgi.ebay.com/2-KICKER-05CVR124-CompVR-12-Car-Subwoofers-PAIR-CVR12_W0QQitemZ300247052689QQihZ020QQcategoryZ18803QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem This would just be my recommendation.

Visonik's are horrible. For the money, there are much better starter subs out there. Check some of these out: ~ Kicker Comps ~ Kenwood 3011w ~ Alpine Type E ~ Infinity Refrence ~ Sony Xplod (Don't touch any of their other products, but their subs are good starter subs)
