How can I hook my iPod up to my car stereo?

Can i hook up my ipod to my car stereo?

  • can i hook up my ipod to my car cd player if my car doesn't have an auxilary port or if i dont want to spend alot of money on an FM transmitter

  • Answer:

When your player have no aux input, there is no way you can run your ipod or any other device to your car system. FM transmitter is the cheapest alternative. or you can install a center speaker, and buy a extension wire for your ipod output port cable, then slice it and connect to the speaker, you will have minimal output but there will still be a music if you are going cheap. Good Luck

if you have an older car with a tape deck you could get a tape adapter which is cheaper than an fm transmitter. The only other way you would be able to hook it up to your stereo would be to cut a set of headphones and splice the wires to the speaker wires. either way its probably going cost you alot of time and/or money.
