What is the best car speakers that I should buy?

You could spend more than 300 for "the best" speakers. I just got Boston Acoustic's ProSeries 60SE speakers installed in my MINI Cooper 2010, and they sound FANTASTIC. Priced at $258 on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001DUK06K/ref=oss_product

At your price point the Type-R's will compete with anything out there. The new series that was at CES this year will compete with speakers that are even far more expensive.... I would highly recommend against buying on the internet (unless it's one of the handful of authorized dealers). Check Alpine's website for the dealer locator and go see the speakers in person. Most dealers have demo boards where you can actually listen to the speakers. While everything will sound different once it's in a car, it'll definitely give you an idea of what they sound like.

if u want speakers as in NOt subs..... polk sr series cdt focals Boston Acoustics (great great clarity and sound- buy their car and HT audio) alpine type R happy hunting $300 is not exactly "fair" for best. Trust me. u been in this long enough u know "the best" is actually much much more. ever seen $1,000 pair speakers? try hitting up more auto shows. or visit an install shop to hear them yourself. I have heard $100 components blow away those triple in value. learn how to shop for speakers also. for actual speakers tweet composition is key, I like and always swear by silk. remmeber u will need like 100w RMS power for each speaker - at least the better ones. I'm running 60w rms to my mb quart components. I rather like the new widesphere tweets and they sound good. real loud on mids as well.

alpine is one of the good company. u should buy alpine's speakers.
