No. Build you box to FI Specs. Don't use a prefab box at all. Should I get the Universal option? Does it take away power for 2ohms? This option gives you the ability to replace the voice coils later on so you can change from dual 2 ohm to dual 1 ohm coils if needed. What you need depends on the amp you use and the number of subs you will connect to it. What is an Internal Lead and should I get this option? An Internal Lead means the Tinsel Leads are sandwiched between the spiders rather than tacked to the top of them for better durability and performance. And can I bridge my amplifier at 4ohms 350watts to a 2ohm sub that's rated at 1500watts? If the amp is bridgeable then it will be 700W@4 ohms bridged. This means you will need to wire a dual 2 ohm sub in series to create a 4 ohm load on a bridged connection to the amp. You will only be giving the sub half of what it can handle. I would recommend a bigger amp for the FI BL sub. Why waste money on a good quality sub if you're not going to give it sufficient power to operate as it was designed to?
