How can I have my own radio station?

How can i put the radio station to 88.8 in a 2000 ford mustang?

    @Gregg Catalytic converter? What are you smoking? No radio in the US should be able to do that, but if this was Europe, that would be different. It's just the way the FCC has allocated the frequencies. Each radio station occupies a 200-kilohertz slice, that is why you have a gap from 88.7 to 88.9.

The problem you are describing is a systematic deleted enumeration. In 1998 Congress passed a bill requiring the FCC to eliminate all even digit-ending radio frequencies to save them for the future; that way, there will be radio waves left for our grandchildren. You can buy a catalytic converter, it fits into your car and overrides the FCC's systems allowing you to use even ending radio frequencies. Enjoy!

ALL radio have to skip every other frequency to eliminate crosstalk/interference between stations. There is no way to tune it to 88.8 Select a different frequency for your mp3 players FM modulator. If you have a cheap modulator with no other frequencies available then you will need to buy a better quality modulator for your mp3 player or upgrade to an aftermarket radio with a dedicated Aux input.
