Ford Sportka radio serial number/audio code?

I purchased a sportka yesterday and need the audio code but after hunting online it seems I need the serial number to find this out. What buttons do I press to find out the serial code as it seems common people have found out that way rather than taking out the stereo. I have phoned Ford and they would have to allocate a new code to it and would take an hour and cost me £20 and they can't even do it for a week. Please help :(

Answer:
Hold 6 and press 2 then ask again posting the serial number and myself or someone else will give you the code as long as it starts with an M (eg, M09090) if it starts with a V then you will need a friendly dealer to get it free or pay online to get it.
