How do you hear GPS directions if it has an mp3 player?

I have an eclipse gps/dvd/cd/mp3 player in my suv... I can't figure out how to burn mp3 cds that work :-(?

• I'm trying to use windows media player to download.. If I use this program the mp3 format shows up blank as in check disc or no disc, but it will play the audio format... does anyone know FOR SURE what program will work with this unit???? Please for the sake of my sanity don't answer unless you're 100% with out a doubt POSITIVE you know which program I can use... Thanks a million... And a big fat PRE thank you to the one who helps me!!!! :-)

  If your ripping from CD's with window media player it saves your songs as .wma format not .mp3 you may have to look around the net for a music converter to convert from wma to mp3. Check the book that came with you gps system for which music formats you can use and if your running xp then you should be able to drag and drop the files to your CD-RW drive and click the burn to CD.
