How do i hook up my car speakers and amp in my house?

You would need to get a power inverter but they are not cheap dont use a battery it will work but not for long and there is a major fire and fume risk with using batteries go to your local car audio dealer and ask what they use on there display cases a go get that remember you have to invert 120 to 12 volt be careful or you will kill your equipment I have seen it done hope this helps good luck and hope it's a good party

You don't. They're set on different resistance levels. Subs and amps for cars are set at 3.2 (but you say 4) ohms. House is usually at 2 or 8 ohms.

If you have a car charger that can output continuous 12v power, you can plug the charger into a wall socket and connect the alligator clamps to the battery. Then just set up the amp and subs as you would in a car.

Yep... a device to convert the voltage from your outlet to 12V DC (which the car naturally gives). If you want to just hook up the speakers to a home amplifier, check resistances so you don't blow the car speakers - generally, the lower the resistance, the more power you'll have. So, if a home amplifier gives you, say... 30W for a normal 8ohm speaker, the same amplifier will give roughly 60W for a 4ohm speaker and 120W for a 2ohm speaker. They are not exact values, but will give you a general idea what to watch out for.
