How do I find out what kind of radio my car needs?
-
I have a 1993 Subaru Loyale. The radio does not work in the car and I have no idea how to look for a new one that fits. I use an ipod to listen to music a lot, there are very few radio stations in Alaska where I live. I was thinking of getting a cassette radio and using the cassette plug in to connect my ipod to the radio. If the radio comes with a cable to plug into the speaker area I would consider that as well. I am using Ebay to look up a radio and the only bit of advice I got from someone was I need a D.I.N. radio. I don't know what that means. I understand I can get something that fits around the radio, but I don't know how to find a radio for my car. Can someone explain to me what I need to look for? Thank you.
