Whats the difference between action mpt device and usb disk?

  • cos i got a mp3 player free with a car stereo n theres 2 options on the player usb disk or media device. n wen i put it on usb disk by accident i synced songs onto it, but somereason it wldnt play on my stereo, cos its meant 2 take usb as 4 mp3 player so this mp3 player has an imbuilt usb.(u with me so far?) it says on my car stereo that thers no files wen it goes into usb mode.so i wonderd if i was suppsed 2 put the songs in2 a folder, so i got home n for sumreason thght that chngin the mp3 player 2 media device option wld make a difference. now wen i pluged in the player 2my laptop it comes up with action mpt device n im not sure if that was wat it was meant 2 b on 2 start with n sync songs on 2 it so then it mite work on my car stereo. sorry its a long explanation but even im confused. if u kno nethin plse help. i just got the car stereo fitted today n its so confusin how 2 work it, n all the different buttons, its only after i hav it installed dat i think i made wrong choice!lol
