Answer:
You should consider getting an amp that you can put a sub on too? You might want/need one later to hook up. Link: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/cat_i45_5-channel-or-more-amps.html Or you might just want 4ch and go all the way, and buy later a mono amp for your future subwoofer/s. Just sayin* PS: The last one is a 2ch amp with possibility to bridge into 1 ch. That wouldnt be enough for 4 speakers, let alone a sub included.

Unless you already damaged your hearing by listening to music that's too loud, you simply don't need high power amps in a car, a good quality 4 x 50wpc is more than enough. Go for quality over power. Car speaker wattage ratings are sheer fantasy, most so-called 200 watt speakers would disintegrate if you put 50 watts into them. It really doesn't much matter which of these amps you get, they will all drive the speakers you have every bit as loud as you'll ever need them to be, which, if your hearing is 100%, is probably 5-10 watts/channel.

What you're not realizing is that each of those speakers are going to present a 4-ohm load on the amp. The amps you're looking at are rated around 100w per channel @ 2-ohms. With a 4-ohm load, you're going to see just above half of that. If I were you, I'd run the rear speakers off the head unit and just amp the front stage with something that does 100w X 2 @ 4-ohms. I actually wouldn't even run the rear speakers. You get better sound imaging using just a front stage. But since you already have them, just wire them to the head unit and have at least 2 speakers powered correctly instead of 4 under power speakers.
