Can I hook up my CB radio to my car's existing antenna?

no you need to have specific lengths of antenna that pick up a certain frequency. I know that they sell magnetic ones that are only good for 3 miles or so, but if you not using it you could take it off.

I'm not exactly sure, although you could call Radio Shack and see if they have a coaxel adapter to do it.
