How to unlock a factory car stereo?

Car stereo that works with a factory cd changer?

• I recently purchased a vehicle and the previous owner had removed the factory stereo and replaced it with a super cheap walmart stereo. The problem is that the vehicle has a functioning cd changer in the arm rest, but it will not work with the stereo that they put in it. Is there a stereo I can purchase that will work with the cd changer or am I going to have to spend major cash and be forced to take it to a dealer to get the stereo replaced?   there is some stereos that could work with it, depending on the model and types of connections it has, and the radio that you can find to work with it.. or you could like look on ebay or something, and search for that kinda car radio, and put the factory radio back in.. i have never heard of the Factory CD changer in the armrest though, usually in the trunk...so maybe it is an aftermarket changer.. take it to a car audio shop, and ask them, the should be able to give you the model and everything you should need to know about what to get to get it to work.
