Which Amp will be better?

Which amp will be better suited for my sub?

• I'm getting a JL Audio 12w3v3 sub (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_13612W3V32/JL-Audio-12W3v3-2.html?search=12w3v3-2) and putting it in a ported box (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777BB1212S/Sound-Ordnance-Bass-Bunker.html) but I'm not sure which amp would suit my needs. I chose the JL sub for sound quality, but I also want it to be loud. I'm stuck between the JX 500/1 (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_136JX5001/JL-Audio-JX500-1.html?search=jx_500%2f1&skipvs=T) or the Slash V2 250/1 amp (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_1362501V2/JL-Audio-Slash-v2-Series-250-1v2.html?search=slash_v2_250&skipvs=T) The slash v2 is much cheaper than the JX 500/1, but which amp will provide better sound quality? Which will be louder? Will the difference between the two be noticeable? It will be going in a small SUV ('86 4Runner) so it doesn't need to fill the room, just shake my mirrors.

  Check eBay u might find sum stuff cheaper or even used! I'd go 400-500rms at 2ohm
