  You can use any wire with a single copper strand, however its ideal to use shielded wire. If you need a small amount of it, Ebay is the cheapest I have found. If you need a lot of wire, you can find large spools at Home Depot, Lowes, and some electronic stores (not radio shack, I mean where electricians go). You can try telephone supply houses also that sell commercially. But like I said, small orders, Ebay. Stewmac has it also, but its a little pricey.
