What cables should I have to connect speakers amp and sub in my car?

Help me in my car systems -speakers -amp-sub?

• Hi i have a 1999 Corolla .i buy a new pioneer 6300UB receiver with 200W MOSFET Amplifier rms power 22W * 4 . after a lot of research choices for the speakers are 1) infiniti Kappa 63.9i RMS 75W each .i want to replace all 4 stock speakers or 2) infiniti kappa 63.9i RMS 75W front and in rear i want to add pioneer TS-A1684R 50 watt RMS each i want to add a sub and amp later .now my question is should i go for 4 infiniti kappas or pioneer in rear and kappas in front .all these four speakers will run on 22W RMS for some time (a month or two) my concern is running speakers with low RMS .it will damage the speakers or not with this setup which amp and sub is good .i don't want to spend on a very higher end amp/sub like alpine ,boston etc but a reasonable price .related question is what are good budget amps and subs for the above setup .any help will be appreciated .best wishes to all of your Thanks
