How should I hook up my amp?

I need to hook up 3 Alpine type R 12" to one amp. Which amp or how?

• I have 3 alpine type r's and they are dual voice coil and 500 rms watts. I am looking at a 4 channel amp right now to hook up to my box that contains all three subs with three terminals. The amp is 2400 watts bridgable UL2402, 2X1200 watts rms @ 2 ohms and 2X600 watts rms @ 4ohms, and 1X2400 @4 ohm. Will this amp work for me?

The purpose of the gain is to match the signal volts RMS coming from the source (CD player, etc.) to the input of the amp.
