What Would Be A decent Stereo System set up under $1000 For a 2000 Honda Civic?

I am looking to buy a Stereo system subs speakers amp and CD/ mp3 player under $1000 for any websites that any one could lead me to would be great and what is the legal limit on window tinting in maine
