Your probly putting to much of a load on it its a "2400w"peak in other word it is not putting that out u have to look at rms and u said its wired to 2 ohms for each sub depending on how u wired them it could be 2 ohm or 4 ohm total if the dual voice coil that is if. There dual voice coil you can wire them down to 1ohms if your amps stable at that load so be carful I would call cruchfeild and say u bought the amp subs from them and then tell them what your amp is and they will tell u of it will work Plus how to wire it they have diagrams and everything so be on there web site when u call so they can tell the info and show u diagrams at the same time but that's all I got

is it going into protect or just shutting off? if it is just shutting off it could have a bad connection somewhere or the amp is not getting enough current
