A reasonably cheap car stereo that can connect with an ipod?

How can i connect my iPod to my car stereo?

  • How can I do this for as little money possible? My current stereo has a cassette player rather than a cd player and I do not know of any AUX ports, or whatever they are called. Obviously I could just buy a new stereo but I don't have the money for that, so what alternatives do I have?

  • Answer:

go to walmart and get an adapter

Connect a wireless transmitter to it and broadcast though the radio. EASY!

You can buy a whole package for under $10 at Ross or Burlington. You get a car charger, a wall plug in charger , and a tape in which you plug in the slot and you connect the cord to the ipod and then ,wow music!

Go to Radio Shack or Wal-Mart and ask them for the I-Pod travel Kit. Its an adapter you plug into your cig lighter. On the adapter it has a digital display for you radio staition. So all you have to do is plug in the adapter, plug you Ipod to the other side then press the scan button on the adapter. once it finds a good strong station change your radio to that same station and thats it. it takes less than 2 minutes. I think i paid $30 dollars for mine but its worth it
