How can i make my sub woofer stronger?

How can I make the best of this cheap sub woofer I bought?

I bought 1 15” 4000 Watt Legacy Steel Series Woofer (LSW157) I was planning to build a fourth-order bandpass enclosure. I have built pretty good sealed and ported boxes but I am looking for a better quality bass I will mostly listen to rap and hip-hop. My budget is only enough to build a box myself witch I can do but I have no idea on spec to use for this speaker. I just need all the help I can get in making this work for me. If anyone can give me any specs I can use in building a box that will give me the best sound I can get or have any ideas on things I can do make this work for me.
