What is the vauxhall vectra radio code?

I have a vauxhall vectra and the radio wont turn on the display says "safe" how can i enter security code?

If you have the correct code (you do don't you ?) do this: Switch off the radio for a while - say 4 or 5 hours. Switch on the radio and enter the correct code. It should work. Each time an incorrect code is entered the 'safe' mode engages for a longer time, each time. Your car handbook should tell you this amount of time. If this does not work it may be because you do not have the correct code. Provided you have proof of ownership then the Vauxhall main dealer can correct this for you using the factory information he already had about this car (eg VIN)

If you have tried several times to input your code it goes into a safe mode.Leave the set switched on for a couple of hours you should then be able to put in code.
