Thanks!

  • Answer:

Just adjust the amp after you install it. In my opinion 700 watts is enough to hurt you, especially in a small space lke a Camry. You better glue down your license plate to keep it from flapping and slapping the trunk lid. Those speakers will take up most of your trunk and the amp will work the devil out of your electrical system. You aren't through buying stuff if you want this system to work, but you don't need a crossover, an aftermarket stereo or a many farad capacitor. The stock stereo has excellent fidelity. You will probably be power deficient as far as the big power appetite the amp will have. An additional battery installed and isolated from the main battery will feed that amp better. You will need to damp the body panels against vibration unless you like having the deck lid waving live a lake and rattling like a can of marbles.

1. That guy is full if crap^ 2. You can keep your stock stereo And All you need is a line out converter (I suggest the brand "pac") They are like $12 3. Don't worry about "glueing your licence player down" or "getting sound dampening material" because those subs are not THAT extreme, I mean they will slam, but won't tear a vehicle apart, now maybe 2 cvr 15's in a custom ported box tuned at 38 Hz. Then you might need told worry haha 4. You will not need extra battery for a boss 700... that amp I'd not that powerful. I have a hifonics Brutus 1700 (true 1700 watt rms) and yes my lights dim a little but I do have 0 guage wire, and a big amp pushing a big load. Also, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A CAPACITOR! They are basically a complete waste of money. They may look cool, and look like they are doing good things but really they do nothing. They still put strain on a battery! 5. Just a opinion from me, but maybe instead of a 700 watt boss amp, maybe u can get a hifonics Brutus brz1200 they are like 130$ on the internet, and true wattage unlike the boss that says its 700 Watts but.. . Its lieing. Also boss amps don't sound too clean. I would go with the hifonics. Also the hifonics brz1200 won't need a extra battery neither you would be fine.
